THE launch this week of the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Strategic Plan by President Mnangagwa has been described as a firm example of the Second Republic’s sincerity in tackling corruption that scuttles and retards national development.
President Mnangagwa yesterday extended by two more weeks the enhanced Level 4 lockdown, and under this level of lockdown schools remain closed, and promised tighter enforcement of rules while committing Government to dramatic acceleration of vaccinations.
ZIMBABWE, in pursuit of national interest, will not be bulldozed by so-called developed nations which hypocritically preach about human rights when they trample on same in their backyards and also pursue narrow development goals that do not benefit the world at large, President Mnangagwa said.
President Mnangagwa has today announced additional measures to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the wake of rising new infections.
